Downtown East Manhattan – Spanning Gramercy Park, East Village, the Lower East Side, Little Italy, China Town and the Financial District, you might guess that this eclectic area is popular with growing businesses. Downtown West Manhattan – The areas considered to be in the Downtown West region are Battery Park, TriBeCa, SoHo, Greenwich Village and Chelsea.
